I wanted to share the news that the Appalachian Journey Storybank Project you all contributed to this past fall has been recognized by the national Expeditionary Learning network and shared to inspire educators across the country.
Thanks to each of you for the time and knowledge that you contributed to this project. We hope you will be willing to nominate other amazing individuals who may be willing to share about their life connected to the Appalachian landscape for next year’s 8th graders.
Big news! The Evergreen Community Charter School’s 8th grade project
The Appalachian Storybank Project has been accepted into the Expeditionary Learning Center of Student Work collection, an amazing and very selective resource of exemplary student work open to educators across the country.
