Feasting for FEAST at The Grove Arcade September 12, 2013

The 3rd Annual Feasting for FEAST Fundraising Event is coming up September 12, 2013 at The Historic Grove Arcade from

6:00-9:00pm

Tickets can be purchased before the event for $25 and will be $35 at the door – $75 for VIP access

This night of festivities will include food from local restaurants, beer from Oskar Blues and wine from local producers, live music, amazing raffle items and of course fantastic people!

Confirmed restaurants include Chorizo, MG Road, Everyday Gourmet, Farmers Daughter Catering, All Souls Pizza, Mayfel’s, Earth Fare, Laughing Seed Cafe, Sunny Point Cafe, The Junction, The Cantina, Ambrozia Bar and Bistro, French Broad Chocolate Lounge, and True Confections. The FEAST Board of Directors will also be preparing bites while Slow Food Asheville will provide non alcoholic refreshments. Doubletree Catering will prepare tastings for the VIP area. The Scene VIP Lounge, hosted by Private Mountain Communities, will also have craft brew from Burial Beer Co., a mixology contest and more.

Slow Food Asheville is a local chapter, or “convivium,” of the international Slow Food movement. Local groups are called “convivia” because they bring together, in a convivial and enjoyable way, people who love food and traditions. Our convivium was founded in March, 2003.
